Construction Manager / Construction Manager Planning

Here is what you will do
- Independent planning and technical implementation of diverse new build and renovation projects
- Acquisition including cost and contract negotiations
- Client consulting as well as negotiations with customers, craftsmen and authorities
- Construction management including schedule, cost and quality control
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a draughtsperson EFZ (architecture), ideally complemented by a practical additional training in structural work (e.g. bricklayer, carpenter)
- Further training as a construction manager or as a technician in structural engineering HF
- Cooperative and communicative manner towards customers, partners and authorities
- Finesse in dealing with craftsmen involved in construction
