As a member of the urban planning team within the interdisciplinary business area, you actively shape the inner development and play a central role, particularly in the planning and coordination of upcoming area developments in the area of the Master Plan Urban Space Bahnhof Wetzikon.
- Independently leading, accompanying, and coordinating area developments from quality assurance processes to the completion of public and cooperative private planning procedures
- Project management and controlling as well as coordination of technical alignment at all planning levels
- Ensuring a needs-based internal and external communication and the involvement of all stakeholders
- Developing sound and comprehensible foundations for political decisions
- Higher education degree with a focus on spatial planning, urban development, or architecture, or comparable qualification with relevant experience/additional training
- Proven professional and project management experience in the field
- Organizational and negotiation skills
- Interdisciplinary understanding and networked thinking
- Confident expression in spoken and written language
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
