Your area of impact
- You lead the construction specialist unit and ensure that ideas become precise plans, models, and feasible solutions
- Together with your team, you further develop digital planning methods and specifically advance BIM, automation, and modern tools
- You strengthen quality, responsibility, and collaboration within the construction team and support employees in their professional development
- You design the interface between planning, modelling, and construction so that projects are implemented efficiently, reliably, and sustainably
- With project managers, specialist planners, and site managers, you develop solutions that are technically convincing and sustainably shape living spaces
What you bring
- You have solid expertise in civil and structural engineering as well as experience in construction
- The application of SIA standards and the management of planning processes are part of your professional routine
- You confidently use BIM methods and digital planning tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, or ACC
- You structure complex issues clearly and develop practical solutions from them
- You command German fluently in both spoken and written form; knowledge of French and English is a plus
