The Disaster Management department is looking for a dynamic, team-oriented personality as an assistant (m/f/d) starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- Support in organizing emergency relief operations, e.g., travel coordination for emergency relief delegates, organizing briefings, as well as coordinating medical checks, material orders, and expense reports (extraordinary weekend deployments possible)
- Prepare and conduct information events and training courses for emergency relief delegates (weekend deployments possible)
- Support in organizational matters of the Operations Division department, e.g., organizing meetings, events, and business trips as well as appointment coordination
- Maintain various content management systems including the pool for emergency relief personnel
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training and professional experience, ideally in a comparable position in an international environment
- Excellent German skills (C2) and confident English as well as French (B2) for oral and written communication
- Enjoyment of contact, organizational flair, independent and careful working style even in hectic situations such as disasters
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, affinity for social media, and experience in maintaining content management systems
- Commitment, service orientation, as well as networked and structured thinking ability
