About the job
On behalf of one of our major clients, we are looking for a SharePoint expert (Nintex K2) specialising in Nintex and SharePoint technologies.
Your main task is to act as an operational consultant (MCO) for the existing workflow inventory. In a rapidly changing technological environment, you ensure the continuous availability of business-critical processes while preparing their technical migration to the new target platform K2 (Nintex Automation).
Operation and Maintenance (MCO)
- Expert support (N2/N3): Diagnosis and resolution of incidents in complex workflows and forms (Nintex for SharePoint)
- Further development and maintenance tasks: Handling minor adjustments of business processes (HR, Finance, Operations) according to organisational changes
- Monitoring & Administration: Monitoring system health (Nintex Gateway, K2), managing licences and access rights
- Quality assurance: Ensuring stability and preventing regressions during global updates of the Office 365 / SharePoint environment
Support for Migration
- Technological transition: Active participation in migrating outdated workflows (e.g. G-Part) to the new K2 or SharePoint Online infrastructure
- Optimisation: Identifying optimisation potential for redesigning existing "legacy" workflows with regard to performance gains during migration to K2 Cloud or K2 Five
- Documentation: Maintaining and updating the knowledge base as well as operational documentation
Requirements
Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)
- Nintex expertise: Essential mastery of Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms (On-Premise and Online).
- Microsoft ecosystem: Sound knowledge of SharePoint (2016/2019/Online).
- Scripting & Data: Regular use of PowerShell / PnP for task automation. Good knowledge of SQL Server is required for data error analysis.
- K2 affinity: Knowledge of K2 (SmartObjects, SmartForms) is a great advantage; otherwise, a strong willingness to learn is mandatory.
- Development: Ability to read and correct existing JavaScript or .NET code (C#).
Soft Skills (Personal Competencies)
- Pragmatism: Interest in understanding "how it works" and finding sustainable solutions for complex problems.
- Service orientation: Awareness of the business impact of a stopped workflow and quick responsiveness.
- Didactics: Ability to explain technical limitations to end users simply and understandably.
