In the Customer Operations area, we shape the individual experiences of our customers in the event of claims and benefits. They are at the centre of our attention and together with them we find the right solution. This way, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction with our customer-first mentality. What to expect Become a specialist and independently and proactively handle complex property damage claims in the areas of liability, motor vehicle and construction insurance. You always put the needs of our customers at the centre and respond individually to their requirements Investigate and assess facts – also on site – and make well-founded decisions on coverage, liability and recourse issues. You involve internal and external experts, organise reports and thus ensure a correct assessment of the cases Actively negotiate by phone, in writing or in person with policyholders, claimants, legal representatives, brokers, private insurers as well as other internal and external parties. You check, evaluate and calculate the liability compensation owed on the basis of contracts, invoices and receipts – if necessary in cooperation with experts What you bring You have a solid foundation – either from the insurance industry or a legal education – with several years of experience in handling complex claims (liability, motor vehicle and construction insurance) You have further training (e.g. federal specialist certificate as an insurance specialist or CAS Construction Insurance Law, CAS Liability and Insurance Law, etc.) Ideally, you bring basic construction technical knowledge and contract knowledge You act customer- and solution-oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset You have strong communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness You communicate fluently in German – both spoken and written – and ideally have French and/or English skills You are open to change and see it as an opportunity What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
