The Waldheim Foundation offers various residential and day structure places for people with intellectual, physical, and mental disabilities in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 200 clients.
We are looking for a:
Specialist in Care and Support (70-90%)
Your tasks:
- Support, promotion, and care for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key person system
- Creating written documentation
- Assisting in the household of the living group
- Collaboration with relatives and specialists
You bring:
- Completed training preferably in the field of people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric care, or in the nursing field
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness for irregular working hours
