You have completed your studies and want to apply your knowledge where you can really make a difference? Then you are exactly right with us. During your six to twelve-month university internship, you will help shape our department, support diverse projects, and gradually take responsibility for your own tasks. In doing so, you will gain valuable practical experience, work closely with various specialist departments, and gain interesting insights into the further development of IVBE.
What you can achieve with us
- You support the head of department with a variety of tasks at strategic, organisational and operational levels.
- You research, analyse and prepare decision-making bases for the department, division and executive management.
- You develop concepts, project assignments and presentations together with the team.
- You coordinate contributions from various specialists and ensure that information is compiled in a structured manner.
- You plan and implement smaller projects independently and work with various specialist departments.
- You gain insights into different subject areas and build a valuable network.
Which skills are important to us
- You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (FH or university) in Business Administration, Digital Business, Public Management or a comparable field.
- You are interested in business contexts and organisational processes; basic knowledge of project management is a plus.
- You are confident in using Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and enjoy digital working methods.
- You think analytically, write audience-appropriate texts and prepare content clearly and convincingly.
- You work reliably and handle confidential information responsibly.
- You show initiative, enjoy working independently and also appreciate teamwork.
- We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good knowledge of the other language is an advantage.
What we offer you
- Working hours
Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time and remotely, paid breaks
- Holidays
At least 25 days of holiday per year, 28 days from age 45 and 33 days from age 55. Possibility of unpaid leave
