For our regional office in Bedano, we are immediately looking for a Service Center collaborator
Responsibilities:
- Manage telephone and written assistance requests from customers, condominium administrators, installers, and service technicians (repairs, commissioning, complaints, etc.)
- Carefully analyze customer needs, ask targeted questions, and schedule or modify appointments accordingly
- Conduct proactive and attentive conversations in case of complaints, always aiming to promote customer satisfaction
- Plan interventions and coordinate the commissioning process and partial renovations
- Update scheduled interventions weekly
- Manage and update the plant database
Requirements:
- High school diploma or professional apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (AFC), preferably in a commercial field
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package, affinity with technology and heating
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solution, process, and results-oriented
- High customer orientation, ability to work under pressure and in a team
- Good knowledge of the German language (level B2); additional languages are a plus
