About the job
Would you like to be involved from the very beginning in establishing a new practice in the Seeland region and actively help shape primary medical care in the long term?
In doing so, you will benefit from a great deal of trust, extensive scope for creativity, and genuine freedoms on site - while simultaneously enjoying the stability and support of a strong, established practice group in the background.
The opening of a generously designed practice with significant growth potential is planned for the end of 2026. The lead physician will initially establish the location and is already seeking medical reinforcement early on to further develop the practice together.
Does this sound like an exciting position for you? Then I would be happy to provide you with further information by phone: +41 31 310 98 79.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent primary care of patients and active development of a sustainable patient base
- Use of modern diagnostic options - from ultrasound and X-rays to ECG and practice-based laboratory diagnostics
- Active participation in shaping and implementing efficient practice processes, quality standards, and digital workflows
- Involvement in the establishment and further development of the practice facilities, infrastructure, and organisational structures
Your skills:
- You are a specialist in General Internal Medicine with experience in primary care
- Doctors from abroad meet the requirements for appropriate recognition - we at Medimeo support you in the recognition processes - financially and organisationally
- Independent and responsible working style as well as enjoyment of professional exchange and teamwork
- Interest in helping to build a new practice, taking on responsibility, and actively shaping medical care at the location
Your benefits:
- Scope for creativity - You actively shape the medical, organisational, and strategic development of the practice
- Entrepreneurial involvement - You have the opportunity to sustainably co-develop a new primary care practice and directly influence its growth
- Modern working environment - You work in a newly established practice with contemporary infrastructure and efficient processes
- Strong support - You benefit from the support and resources of an established practice group without sacrificing independence and freedom on site
