Our goal is to maximise customer satisfaction in the event of a claim by working closely with our external partner companies in Switzerland. At the same time, we place great importance on cost efficiency. Our team consists of 6 experienced Partner Managers in the motor sector and 1 person for property insurance. We work closely together, support each other and share our knowledge to be successful together. We look forward to your application! In the Customer Operations area, we shape the individual experiences of our customers in the event of claims and benefits. They are at the centre of our attention and together with them we find the right solution. This way, with our customer-first mentality, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
