To support the growth of our activity, we want to strengthen our Client Support team and are looking for a Project Manager – EAM & Family Office (M/F) with experience focused on technological project management and the Wealth/Asset Management field.

Profile sought
To strengthen the team responsible for implementation and client follow-up, we are looking for a dynamic person with ideally mixed knowledge, both in wealth management or middle/back-office and comfortable with office and technical tools.
This person will work within a local team to better understand the system and will develop their skills with the support of colleagues. Our career path within Wize by TW will allow mastering every aspect of the business and confidently taking on project management roles with greater responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Overall client project management: Oversee and coordinate all activities related to the client project.
- Interlocutor and pivot point for overall project follow-up: Serve as a contact point for clients to ensure smooth and coherent communication about the project status between clients and all WIZE teams.
- Client satisfaction aligned with their objectives and those of WIZE: Ensure that client expectations and objectives are aligned and respected.
- General analysis and specification around the project: Knowledge of clients and their business is key to ensuring understanding and implementation of their needs with the help of WIZE functional and project teams.
- Evolution of the client project in line with new functionalities implemented in WIZE and according to client needs/expectations: Ensure continuous adaptation of the project to new WIZE features and changing client needs.
Specifications
- Manage Client requirements and expectations, relating them to WIZE’s objectives and capabilities
- Manage the Client implementation project through its different phases
- Identify and plan Client evolution needs
- Conduct regular follow-ups with the Client
- Conduct regular follow-ups with WIZE commercial follow-up managers
- Plan, prepare, and lead regular status meetings at the Client-WIZE management level
- Identify and report any point that could impact Client satisfaction (present or future), whether positive or negative, and be proactive in proposing solutions
- Identify evolutions in Client needs that could be of interest for developing new functionalities in WIZE

- Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact effectively with interlocutors from diverse backgrounds and levels of expertise, adapting the message according to the subject and audience.
- Client expectation management: Ability to understand and manage client expectations, clearly explaining possible solutions or limitations relative to initially expressed needs.
- Influence and negotiation: Proven skills in persuasion, negotiation, and ability to formulate and justify refusals when necessary, while maintaining a positive client relationship.
- Task prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and objectives to ensure effective time and resource management.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
- Delegation and follow-up: Skill in appropriately delegating tasks and ensuring follow-up on assigned points to guarantee their proper execution.
- Client relationship analysis: Ability to identify and evaluate critical points that may impact the client relationship in terms of intensity and priority.
Required experience and education
- Higher education (HES or equivalent)
- Mandatory knowledge of Banking/Finance processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or similar field
- Excellent mastery of office IT tools (Excel, Word)
- It is important to note that the person joining WIZE will go through a learning phase of the system and internal processes. This learning period is crucial and lasts several months before gaining full autonomy in client project management.
Optional skills
- Experience with software publishing companies
- Knowledge of general accounting
- Basic knowledge of languages and tools such as Java, HTML, SQL, Linux, and Jasper Reports
- Project management certification such as IPMA, PRINCE2, etc.
Languages
- Languages: French / English / German is a plus
