What awaits you In a team of four people, directly reporting to Management, you will independently handle complex professional liability claims, notably for lawyers, notaries, fiduciaries, and IT service providers. Your responsibilities will also include handling claims related to directors’ liability, cybercrime, and breaches of trust. Your activities will notably include fact-finding, legal assessment of liability and insurance coverage, conducting negotiations with claimants and their legal representatives, and, if necessary, supporting judicial proceedings. Furthermore, you will support underwriting in risk assessment, collaborate on projects, and be called upon to give presentations at seminars. What you bring You are proactive and a team player, able to assert yourself and negotiate; reviewing files is a challenge you enjoy. Thanks to your strong analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp complex issues, you can resolve them swiftly. You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French. A good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) is an advantage. You are a lawyer with Swiss bar admission and have several years of professional experience (preferably in the bar, judiciary, or insurance sectors). An affinity for IT as well as knowledge of civil liability law, corporate law, and accounting are a plus that will perfectly complement your profile.
