For our client, an internationally active industrial and technology company, we are looking for a technically skilled individual. In this demanding role, you will take responsibility for test and quality assurance systems, support product launches, and actively drive the technical advancement of production and testing processes.
- Technical responsibility for test equipment, test systems and quality assurance processes
- Analysis and resolution of complex technical faults in production and testing facilities
- Support in the industrialisation and introduction of new products
- Collaboration with development, production, quality assurance and international suppliers
- Planning and implementation of technical improvement measures in the production environment
- Conducting technical analyses as well as preparing test and quality documentation
- Support and further development of internal test equipment management systems
- Participation in lean, continuous improvement process (CIP) and process optimisation projects
- Technical support and training of internal staff
- Further education at HF/FH level as technician or engineer is an advantage
- Experience in production engineering, test engineering or industrial quality assurance
- Knowledge of measurement, control and regulation technology
- Experience with test equipment, calibrations and technical analyses
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Independent personality with high initiative
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
