What will you do?
You will gain a great first professional experience by supporting Webloyalty’s Product & Marketing team in their daily activities.
This includes but it is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Manage website content through CMS platform;
- Participate in Marketing initiatives aimed to increase product usage;
- Get trained and use our email marketing automation tool for various initiatives;
- Audit and test product websites to identify and solve bugs and issues;
- Document processes and updates;
- Liaise internally to schedule fixes and new requirements to the websites or projects;
- Benchmark to ensure the quality of product is valuable and competitive;
- Suggest improvements on website usability and user experience;
- Participate in the reporting & monitoring of marketing campaigns;
Profile
- Marketing certification (Ongoing or recently achieved) as HES, Master, Bachelor, CFC.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken), Portuguese would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excited by technology.
- Internet and digitally savvy.
- Good organizational skills and outstanding attention to details.
- A self starter.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to quickly shift on priority or direction to help resolve high level business needs.
- Creative – always looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience and communication with our end users.
- An enthusiastic and bright individual with an outgoing personality.
We will only accept applications of Swiss nationals or holders of a valid work permit in Switzerland.
