tasks

• As a trainer, you take responsibility for the guidance and training of trainee nurses and health professionals
• Furthermore, you provide learning support, assist in expanding the education area, and deputise for the person responsible for education
• As the person responsible during the day, you organise and coordinate the tasks and lead the day team
• Additionally, you perform treatment nursing and medical-technical activities
• Assisting with the assessment of care needs and monitoring the effectiveness of prescriptions complete your demanding range of tasks
• The workload can, depending on your preference, range between 60% and 100% (the vocational training area currently accounts for 1-2 days per week)

requirements

• You have training as a nurse HF / FH
• For foreign qualifications, SRK recognition is necessary
• A vocational pedagogical qualification, such as the SVEB module 1 or a similar qualification, or the willingness to complete appropriate further training, is important for this role
• Do you consider yourself well organised, proactive, and cooperative?
• Do you also bring the ability for honest, collegial, and factual communication?
