The Children and Youth Competence Area of the Society Department initiates and implements measures, offers and projects to promote children and youth.

Your tasks

• Children's animation in the Kappelerhof district (presence, project work, networking)
• Operational co-leadership of the Youth Parliament (planning, coordination, networking, project work)
• Collaboration in mobile youth work (presence, project work)
• Supporting young people in implementing their ideas and concerns
• Planning and implementing participatory projects and events

Your profile

• Degree from a university of applied sciences in social work or equivalent training in a related professional field
• Professional experience with children and young people, preferably in child and youth promotion
• Experience in participatory project work
• Strong communication skills, good presentation competence and pronounced role awareness
• Ability to plan and implement independently, responsibly and conscientiously
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Willingness to work regular evenings and weekends
