Job Description

The versatile nurse on a fixed-term contract can work in different departments (medicine, surgery, emergency, etc.) according to the needs of the establishment.
Their tasks are generally the same as those of a permanent nurse, but with a dimension of rapid adaptation since they may be required to change departments.

Here are the main tasks:

1. Patient care

2. Monitoring and safety

3. Organization and coordination

4. Interpersonal relations and support

5. Adaptability

• Integrate quickly into a department they may not always know.

• Be able to adapt to different audiences

• Respond to the occasional needs of the establishment (replacing a colleague, reinforcement during activity peaks).

The versatile nurse on a fixed-term contract assumes all the care and coordination tasks of a state-certified nurse, but with the particularity of being flexible, reactive, and able to adapt quickly to different departments and environments.

Qualifications

• Hold a CRS nursing diploma or equivalent training
• Strong professional conscience, motivation, flexibility, and dynamism
• Ability to integrate into a group and team spirit
• Ability to manage stress
• Knowledge of English is an asset
