To strengthen our team at the Chur location, we are looking for a Operations Manager Auto-SPA (80-100%) immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the operational management of the location
- Leadership, deployment planning, and development of directly subordinate employees
- Organisation, control, and monitoring of internal processes according to operational guidelines
- Planning and execution of maintenance and repair work
- Participation in implementing measures to increase the location's turnover
- Active involvement in all areas of the operation
Your Skills
- Completed technical or mechanical basic training
- Several years of leadership experience at team leader level is an advantage
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A flexible, reliable, and responsible work attitude
- Solution-oriented thinking and openness to new things
