About the job
- Planning, analysis, and optimization of IT/business processes including solution concepts
- Leadership and participation in projects according to ICT strategy (including controlling & quality)
- Coordination of internal/external IT service providers as well as stakeholder management
- Business analysis, interface management, and ensuring operational handover
- Efficiency improvement and technology scouting for process enhancement
- Transparent communication with all project participants
- Education in business informatics or equivalent
- Several years of experience in IT project management (classical & agile, e.g. IPMA, Hermes, Scrum)
- Experience with service providers and understanding of modern IT architectures (Cloud, APIs, Microservices)
