Specialist Purchasing (m/f/d)
Workload: 100% / Location: Sursee

For our procurement team, we are looking for a committed individual who actively shapes our material procurement, maintains supplier relationships and ensures reliable supply to our production with a structured working method. Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the purchase-to-pay process for components and materials
- You ensure timely and quantity-appropriate scheduling, taking into account optimal batch sizes and purchasing conditions
- You track delivery dates and maintain order confirmations and delivery notifications in SAP
- You record and check supplier incoming invoices
- You actively manage the availability and coverage of materials and components
- You regularly handle missing parts and ensure material availability
- You maintain supplier contacts and work closely with internal interfaces
- You record and maintain relevant master data, prices and quantity contracts in SAP
- You actively participate in optimisations and projects in the purchasing environment
What is important to us
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- You bring experience in administrative activities
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
- You work in a structured, precise and reliable manner
- You think cross-functionally and recognise interrelationships
- You convince with initiative and a solution-oriented working style
- You communicate confidently with internal and external contacts
- You have very good German skills as well as good English skills (B2 level)
