Your background

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field

5+ years of experience in R&D, product management, or technology leadership roles within an engineering or manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of engineering principles, R&D processes, and technology development practices, along with experience in managing complex projects

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally

Visionary mindset to cultivate a culture of innovation, leveraging design thinking to inspire transformative solutions

Expertise in navigating intellectual property landscapes and implementing proactive risk management strategies
