Deputy Ward Manager / Team Leader Nursing, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the ward manager, you are responsible for the organisational, personnel and professional management of the ward
• You support, promote and challenge the team
• Furthermore, you prepare duty rosters and contribute to achieving strategic objectives
• In direct care, you take on daily responsibility including staff supervision
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse (diploma level / higher education)
• A leadership qualification would be ideal, but initial leadership experience is important
• Do you consider yourself well organised, interested, proactive and empathetic?
