Your Tasks
- Contact and information person for administrative matters
- Management of the admin team (5 employees)
- Support for sales and marketing measures for the rental of apartments and care rooms
- Further development of the service offering, quality standards, and internal processes
- Participation in and management of internal and external projects
- Ensuring customer-oriented reception services
What You Bring
- Commercial basic training as well as successfully completed further education
- At least 2 years of professional experience in administration management
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite and generally IT-savvy (Microsoft Dynamics Navision / PEP)
- High social competence and sense of responsibility
- Efficient, structured, and reliable working style as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Confident German in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
