Your future area of responsibility

Independent management of a service area in the restaurant, breakfast or banquet – with overview, pace and precision
Personal greeting and competent advice to our guests – you accompany them through the service with style and warmth
Guidance and support of commis and demi chefs de rang – you coordinate your team and work closely with kitchen, bar and event
Ensuring quality, cleanliness and smooth processes – you live our standards and develop them further with us
Active upselling through sound product knowledge and a feel for guest wishes
Taking on administrative tasks – e.g. shift handovers, small orders or inventory support

Your profile

Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy
First experience in service – e.g. as commis de rang
Neat, friendly appearance and host mentality
Team spirit, initiative and a high awareness of quality
Good German skills, English an advantage
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
