- Responsibility for the technical and strategic implementation of agile customer projects on site around security-relevant IT systems as a Project Manager in the Consulting C5I area
- Ensuring qualitative and timely service delivery as well as stage-appropriate, transparent and open communication in all project phases
- Determining project goals and managing all project activities and project teams
- Reviewing and specifying project proposals/ideas for technical feasibility and transferring them into a project order coordinated with the customer
- Advising the customer on project issues and regarding the impact of change requests
- Ensuring flawless stakeholder management and skillful negotiation
You bring with you
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration with a strong technical flair
- Experience as a consultant on site with the customer or willingness to do so
- Several years of experience as a project manager or sub-project manager focusing on customer projects in an agile environment
- Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe as well as Confluence and Jira
- Further training in project management, ideally certifications in HERMES Foundation and IPMA Level B or C
- High customer orientation, strong communication skills and a pronounced quality awareness
- Structured, organized and conscientious personality with doer qualities
- Openness and flexibility for a dynamic, growing environment
- Very good German skills as well as French and/or English skills (level B2) are an advantage
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
