- You independently handle telephone and written customer inquiries about our diverse products and services in German and French.
- You maintain, check, and update customer data in our systems.
- You issue our AGROLA customer cards and manage them carefully.
- You coordinate concerns across various company departments and ensure that customer issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
- You support internal interfaces such as sales, marketing, energy solutions, accounting, or administration to ensure comprehensive customer care.
- You create invoices for purchases, fees, and services for customers and partners – including accounts receivable management.
- You prepare statistics and evaluations for internal specialist departments and actively participate in customer service and improvement projects.
- You take on administrative tasks that support the daily operation of customer service.
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in customer service, customer care, or customer support, preferably in the field of renewable energies
- Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., MS Dynamics 365, Jira Service Management, or Service Now)
- Very good language skills in German and French (spoken and written)
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and high service orientation
- Confident handling of MS Office and common CRM/ERP systems
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative, empathetic personality with a genuine interest in people
