This is your area of responsibility- Management of several projects from the quotation phase through material procurement and personnel planning to billing and handover to the customer
- Leadership of subordinate employees
- Acquisition of follow-up or additional orders
- Cost, schedule, and quality control
- Basic education as a switchgear or automation technician; further training as a switchgear project manager is an advantage
- Experience in designing switchgear and controls as well as enjoyment in personnel management
- Experience in the application of CAD systems and IT affinity
- Initiative, team-oriented, and committed personality
