The Role: What You'll Do
As Engineering Support Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administrative and technical coordination of engineering processes. You will support both day-to-day operations and ongoing projects, acting as a crucial link between engineering and other departments.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and updating SAP master data, production BOMs, and service BOMs

Implementing master data changes in coordination with project managers

Preparing reports, technical documents, and templates in SAP DIS

Communicating product approvals and updates to all relevant teams

Tracking and coordinating engineering change requests and orders (ECR/ECO)

Advising project managers on administrative workflows and best practices

Delivering SAP training sessions for colleagues as needed

Identifying and implementing improvements to existing tools and processes

Providing administrative support to the Head of Engineering Support and CTO
Your Profile: What You Bring

A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship (or equivalent)

Several years of experience in a similar administrative/technical support role, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing setting

Confident use of MS Office; familiarity with SAP is an asset

A keen interest in technical processes and a solid understanding of how they work
-
Excellent German communication skills (written and spoken); English is a plus

A structured, independent and proactive approach to work

A positive, dependable and collaborative attitude
