Coordination Manager Business-IT (m/f/d) 80-100%

With your IT affinity and service orientation, you will work together with the group's IT teams to ensure that the line and the specialist departments receive tailored IT solutions. These solutions noticeably simplify everyday work and position us as a digital industry leader.

• You act as an interface between the IT needs of the line and specialist departments and their implementation by our internal and external IT partners.
• Together with the specialist departments, you are responsible for the design and further development of our IT business applications with the aim of continuously and comprehensively expanding the digitization of business processes.
• Together with the specialist departments, you are responsible for the life-cycle management of the IT business applications as well as for supporting the specialist areas in daily operations.
• You ensure a professional methodology in the evaluation, introduction, and operation of our business applications.
• You are the first point of contact for the various IT departments within the group and ensure efficient collaboration.

To succeed in this demanding and autonomous role, you ideally bring the following profile:

• A completed degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in leading and coordinating projects within complex organizational structures – particularly in the introduction and implementation of IT applications
• A leadership personality with a high solution orientation, strong service understanding, communicative strength, conceptual-analytical thinking, and pronounced social competence
• Very good knowledge of German and English; French and Italian are an advantage
• A pragmatic working style and a good sense of humor that round off your profile and contribute to a positive team dynamic
