Nurse as Deputy Residential Area Manager, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• In the absence of the area manager, you are responsible for the organisational, personnel and professional management of the residential area
• You support, promote and challenge the team
• Furthermore, you create duty rosters and participate in achieving strategic objectives
• In direct care, you take on daily responsibility including supervising the staff
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed training as a nurse HF / FH
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is necessary
• The SVEB certificate as a practical trainer is a great advantage (or on the way to obtaining it)
• Additionally, pedagogical skills and an authentic role model function are important components of your demanding task
• Do you have didactic-methodical skills and are characterised by a networked way of thinking?
• Do you also describe yourself as empathetic, well organised and committed?
