- Individual and professional care and nursing of our 14 residents in the protected residential group and 9 residents in the open residential group long-term care
- Taking over shift responsibility
- Supporting our trainees
- Close cooperation with the care team, which coordinates and accompanies the daily life design of residents with dementia
- Co-responsibility for the implementation and assurance of care quality as well as the further development of the care process and performance recording (RAI)
