(junior) system engineer / IT supporter, 80-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are responsible for the support, maintenance and servicing of customers' IT systems
• in doing so, you take on 1st and 2nd level support
• furthermore, you work in telephone support and the helpdesk
• alternatively to support, if your level of experience is sufficient, you can also design intelligent IT solutions and implement applications based on terminal services and Citrix servers
• and also procure, install and manage complex workplace, server and LAN infrastructures
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as an IT specialist or equivalent and additionally, an advantage is further training as an IT technician HF / TS
• solid knowledge of Microsoft clients including Microsoft Office products is required; experience with server infrastructures and server virtualisation is also helpful
• furthermore, you bring good network knowledge and knowledge of mobile computing technologies
• do you describe yourself as independent, communicative and customer-oriented?
