About the job
The KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen is responsible for ordering civil law protective measures in cases of child welfare endangerment as well as for adults in need of assistance. The Private Guardianship Office (PriBe) is an advisory and contact point for guardians who voluntarily or privately act on behalf of the KESB. It supports the introduction to the activities and assists with questions. - Introduction of private guardians to mandate and accounting management
- Professional advice especially regarding social insurance claims, finances, real estate and inheritances
- Support of private guardians with applications and reports for the authority
- Development of new as well as further development of existing documents and tools
- Design and implementation of further training and specialist events with interface partners
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in social work, law, education, business administration or psychology
- Further training in social insurance or child and adult protection advantageous
- Professional experience in a comparable role (e.g. KESB, professional guardianship, family court or social counselling)
- Very good written communication skills as well as conversation and coaching competencies
- Mentally resilient and assertive personality with administrative and organisational skills
