• Central contact person for smaller and larger events and operational support on site
• Support of meetings and events during execution as well as coordination of all involved support departments such as service, technology, and logistics
• Ensuring high guest satisfaction through active monitoring of service quality during events
• Planning and coordination of all orders for events as well as monitoring of processes
• Creation and coordination of function sheets and ensuring that all involved departments are informed in a timely manner
• Optimization of operational processes in the banquet area considering efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Initial experience in organizing and executing events in upscale hospitality or gastronomy
• Good understanding of operational processes as well as economic contexts in the event sector
• Structured working style and the ability to keep an overview and set priorities even in hectic situations
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Team-oriented collaboration with various departments such as kitchen, service, and technology
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
