Main functions:
- First point of contact at the reception for our clients
- Welcoming visitors
- Use of the telephone
- Performing administrative tasks
- Management of visitor parking and meeting rooms
- Handing over keys and badges
- Access control to the building
- Use of alarm systems
- First contact and hub function in case of emergency
Your profile:
- Native French speaker with very good knowledge of German
- Good knowledge of PC use
- High autonomy, work capacity and strong sense of responsibility
Neat appearance - Good manners, communicative, yet discreet
- Ideally able to schedule from Monday to Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
