What you can achieve with us
- You lead projects that drive digitalisation, new technologies and the further development of our business processes, creating sustainable added value for the IV Office of the Canton of Bern.
- You further develop project ideas, analyse professional needs and requirements, prepare business cases and decision-making bases, and accompany projects and initiatives from the concretisation of an idea to successful completion.
- You plan, control and monitor projects in terms of deadlines, costs, quality, risks and deliverables and ensure transparent reporting.
- You work closely with specialist departments as well as internal and external stakeholders, moderate workshops and accompany change processes.
- You question solution approaches, identify cross-departmental potentials and synergies, and develop well-founded decision-making bases for sustainable and economical solutions.
Which skills are important to us
- You have a higher vocational or tertiary education as well as several years of experience in project management.
- You bring sound knowledge of project management and have experience in the successful implementation of complex projects and change initiatives.
- You think analytically, recognise the needs behind professional requirements and develop viable and economical solution approaches from them.
- You communicate convincingly, involve different stakeholders and understand how to successfully coordinate expectations and interests.
- You work independently, take responsibility and keep an overview of priorities, risks and dependencies even in demanding projects.
- Ideally, you have experience with agile project management methods as well as knowledge in risk and quality management.
- We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good knowledge of the other language is an advantage.

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
