Co-Team Leader Residential Area / Registered Nurse, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• As co-leader, you are jointly responsible for the protected residential area
• You are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of your nursing team and plan staff deployment situationally, taking into account cost-effectiveness and efficiency
• You also ensure the quality of care and compliance with care processes
• Furthermore, you help shape the care mission statement and enable other employees to support and achieve the institution’s goals
• Additionally, you contribute new ideas and suggestions for the further development of care services
• Finally, you prepare nursing reports, conduct professional discussions, and share co-team responsibility
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse FH / HF (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• Ideally, you have experience supporting people with mental illnesses and those requiring intensive care
• Targeted leadership training is advantageous but not mandatory (can also be completed later)
• Do you see yourself as a well-organised, resilient, and cooperative nursing leadership personality?
