About the job
We are looking for a
Frontline Operations Staff on Call (m/f/d) - Bern BE
Your area of responsibility
- Preparing meals at the buffet as well as serving the menu are among your main tasks
- Depending on requirements, you also take on the operation of the cash register, including end-of-day closing
- You ensure a smooth process by preparing the buffet and guest area through mise en place
- As a contact person for our guests, you competently answer their questions and concerns
- Refilling materials, tidying up and general cleaning tasks are carried out reliably and carefully by you
Your profile
- You have professional experience in gastronomy or the service sector, e.g. in service or sales, ideally you bring cash register experience
- With a team-oriented and efficient working style, you ensure high quality
- Your positive, service-oriented personality and your winning manner make you an asset to the team
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written. Additional language skills in English or French (spoken and/or written) are an advantage
- An impeccable reputation is required
