- You know the Swiss healthcare system, especially Spitex, nursing homes, MiGeL, and LOA V.
- You have experience in B2B sales and leading sales teams.

- You appear confidently at all levels and communicate clearly and convincingly.
- You bring a good regional network and market knowledge.
- You are proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and digital tools.
