Start date: From August or by arrangement

• You are responsible for clarifying and developing common, ZHAW-wide framework conditions for the diverse degree programmes at Bachelor and Master level and for continuing education at our multi-disciplinary university of applied sciences
• You advise and support the ZHAW departments in the (further) development of their educational programmes in teaching and continuing education
• You support the numerous contacts within and outside ZHAW in designing cooperation opportunities (e.g. within the university alliance EELISA)
• You hold a university degree
• You are familiar from your previous work with the scope for design and expectations of contacts in the further development of educational programmes and their management at universities
• You find it easy to understand the diverse aspects of educational programmes from the various levels and perspectives of students and lecturers, educational management and university-political governance, right through to economic and societal actors
• You are able to develop cooperation and profiling opportunities with these contacts and communicate fluently in German or English (possibly French)
• You know the complex factors influencing the further development of educational programmes at a university of applied sciences, you bring experience in lateral collaboration at a university and you are capable of helping to shape medium- and long-term development processes and projects
• You are a dialogue-oriented personality who enjoys tackling new tasks independently and working out solutions purposefully with changing contacts on an equal footing
