For the start and further development of a support model at the Kalktarren school, we are looking for an SHP who provides young people with support, offers orientation, and helps the team to get back to learning together.

• a Swiss Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education (EDK) recognised SHP qualification
• a large dose of trust and the courage to try new things.
• humour, a solution-oriented perspective, and pragmatism.
• creative, original ideas, you think "outside the box" but can also support agreements within the team.
• enough "breathing space" to help shape/work on a project
• willingness to accompany the young people until the end of their school time.
