Your main tasks:
- Independent handling of the entire purchasing process in the HVAC sector (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitation)
- Procurement of materials, components, and services according to project and service requirements
- Obtaining and comparing offers as well as conducting price and contract negotiations
- Selection, evaluation, and further development of suppliers
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring smooth material availability
- Leading purchasing-related projects
- Interface coordination between purchasing, technology, project management, and accounting
- Active participation in optimizing purchasing and logistics processes
- Support in inventory management and disposition
- Close collaboration with project managers, technology, and accounting
- Care for Italian-speaking suppliers and partners
Your profile:
You are an open-minded, team-oriented, and motivated personality who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. In addition, you bring the following qualifications:- Completed technical or commercial training, ideally supplemented with further education in purchasing (e.g., purchasing specialist with federal certificate)
- Several years of experience in technical purchasing, specifically in the field of building technology / HVAC
- Experience in project management or willingness to take on responsibility as a project manager
- Negotiation skills, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Proficient use of ERP systems (e.g., SORBA, ABACUS) and MS Office
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Good Italian language skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
