YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Processing and analyzing complex incidents and service requests in the areas of workplace, collaboration, and infrastructure
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs and continuous improvement of support processes
- Support for rollouts, migrations, and optimization projects in the context of other end-user services
- Technical documentation and knowledge transfer within the team and Group IT
- Contributing to the standardization and automation of support processes
- Taking on the role of "Incident Manager" within the framework of ITSM best practices for the relevant processes
- Close collaboration with 2nd and 3rd level support (vendor, external), internal departments, and other stakeholders
- Active participation in the introduction of new services and solutions
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed training in computer science (EFZ ICT specialist or platform computer scientist, HF, FH)
- Several years of professional experience (>5 years) in ICT support (1st and 2nd level), ideally in an enterprise or industrial environment
- Very good knowledge in the area of Microsoft 365, Windows client, AD/AAD, endpoint management (Intune), JIRA or comparable solutions and platforms
- Knowledge in the area of network technology and security
- Experience with agile methods and working in a dynamic environment
- Experience with ITIL-supported processes and good knowledge in structured error analysis
- High quality and service understanding, combined with initiative and team spirit
- Strong communication skills in German and English
