Registered Nurse / Registered Nurse Spitex, 30-100%

Tasks

• You are responsible for individual and resource-oriented care at home
• You include the social environment and support it with advice and assistance
• You conduct initial assessments and reassessments, make adjustments to the planning and observe changes
• You support the maintenance, promotion and recovery of individual abilities of the clients
• The workload can range between 30 and 100%, depending on preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF / FH / DNLL / AKP
• Ideally, you already have professional experience or theoretical knowledge in wound management, but this can also be acquired
• You also hold a category B driving licence
• Do you consider yourself responsible, communicative and well organised?
