Job Description

• Continuous analysis and optimisation of processes regarding quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Close collaboration with production, purchasing, goods receipt, shipping, as well as other internal and external interfaces
• Prepare and monitor intercompany orders
• Ensure correct and timely inventory management in SAP
• Active participation in the operational daily business of picking
• Lead, promote, develop, and regularly assess team members and apprentices
• Scheduling and resource coordination within the team
• Ensure smooth and timely workflow within the area of responsibility
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S guidelines
• Responsible for achieving defined team goals and key figures
• Participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP) and implementation of optimisation measures
• Conduct inventories and ensure stock accuracy

Qualifications

• Completed further training as a logistics specialist or similar
• Trainer qualification or willingness to acquire it
• Experience with SAP WM or comparable warehouse management systems
• Experience in leading and developing employees
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Networked and solution-oriented thinking
• High initiative and sense of responsibility
• Organisational skills as well as a structured and independent working style
