To complement our team in the Broker & Partner German-speaking Switzerland department based in Dübendorf (near Stettbach S-Bahn station) and to provide our customers with high-quality services, we are looking for a customer support employee in the corporate sector without BVG.
The following diverse tasks await you:
- Support and assistance for our demanding insurance brokers
- Support for our broker advisors mainly in the corporate sector
- Preparation of offers as well as processing and handling of insurance applications in the non-life personal insurance sector (KTG/UVG)
- Portfolio management, renewals, and handling of restructurings
- Premium accounting and handling of the resulting correspondence
- Serving brokers and customers by phone
- Participation in projects
- Support of customer support in the technical area in all non-life sectors
This is what sets you apart:
- Completed training in the insurance industry and VBV, federal specialist certificate is an advantage
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- French and English are an advantage
- Independent working and flexibility
- Sales- and customer-oriented
