Wound Specialist (60%)
What awaits you:
- As a specialist in wounds, you are responsible for competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care of our clients in the area of wounds in the communities of Dornach, Gempen and Hochwald
- You are the contact person for wound-related questions and work in exchange with other wound specialists
- You take case responsibility for a certain number of clients in the area of wounds, including planning, control and monitoring of the care process
- You maintain interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors and other services
What you bring:
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF
- Further training as a wound specialist or willingness to complete the training
- Several years of professional experience and broad expertise
- An independent, responsible way of working
- Openness, flexibility and empathy
- Willingness to travel by car
