About the job

Tasks

• Care and support of people with dementia in the geriatric psychiatric setting within the corresponding competence level of the skill & grade mix
• Co-design of the care process in the deputy key worker role with the patient, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
• Implementation of milieu- and care-therapeutic interventions
• Collaboration with relatives within the framework of family-centered care and in consultation with the core team
• Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations in cooperation with a qualified nursing specialist
• Completion of administrative, household-related, and logistical tasks

Profile

• Completed FaGe training, preferably with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• High social and personal competence as well as a structured way of working
• Resilience and confidence in action
• Willingness to work shifts (predominantly night shifts, occasionally day shifts)
• Very good German and PC skills
