About the job
Tasks
- Care and support of people with dementia in the geriatric psychiatric setting within the corresponding competence level of the skill & grade mix
- Co-design of the care process in the deputy key worker role with the patient, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
- Implementation of milieu- and care-therapeutic interventions
- Collaboration with relatives within the framework of family-centered care and in consultation with the core team
- Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations in cooperation with a qualified nursing specialist
- Completion of administrative, household-related, and logistical tasks
Profile
- Completed FaGe training, preferably with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
- High social and personal competence as well as a structured way of working
- Resilience and confidence in action
- Willingness to work shifts (predominantly night shifts, occasionally day shifts)
- Very good German and PC skills
