What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Trust Officer for the office in Uster. In this versatile position you will:

• Independently handle payroll and financial accounting

• Prepare withholding tax, social security and VAT returns

• Prepare interim and annual financial statements

• Tax declarations for natural and legal persons

• Support the client managers in administrative matters

• By arrangement, there is the possibility to work directly on site with the client

• Tasks in the area of internal services, such as customer reception, mail processing and materials management

What do I need to be successful?

To succeed you need:

• Completed commercial training in trust services (EFZ-Trust) or 1-2 years of professional experience in the trust sector

• High service orientation, flexibility and noticeable commitment within the team and with clients

• Independent and precise working style

• Perseverance and pragmatic working approach both in hectic and quieter phases

• Great value placed on close client relationships and communication on an equal footing
